A redesign of the area located between Arnulfstr., Washingtonstr. and Nibelungenstr. in Munich proposed by students Berk Kızıldere and Leon Pletsch in 2021, provides ample space for a pedestrianized shopping street, offices either in large scale or community office form, and residential spaces, in a relatively neglected part of Munich, giving a new life to the neighborhood.
